岗位职责:Job description1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures2.为销售,饮品创新和利润制定部门的规范和程序。Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit3.与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information 4.召开每日例会和参加计划好的餐饮部会议。Delivers daily briefings and attends other Food and Beverage meetings as scheduled5.按照部门的月度活动日历提供制定的培训课程。Delivers prepared training sessions in line with a departmental monthly calender6.调配和装饰鸡尾酒Making and presenting cocktails7.按规范提供热的咖啡和茶Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
2.2年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.主管经验优先考虑
Supervisory experience preferred
