MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要 :
1. The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales inleading and supervising the Sales Team.
销售经理须协助销售总监监督整个营业部门的运作。
2. Responsible in achieving the room objectives ofhis/her markets and business segments.
与销售总监共同努力, 以实现酒店的市场定位和收入目标,并完成个人市场划分内的销售指标。
3. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintainingconstant contact with the market and the customer base of his/herresponsibility through customer relationship management.
在与市场销售有关的酒店战略计划和总体经营目标方面, 向销售总监提供建议和支持, 树立酒店良好的品牌形象.维护集团的标准,品牌的一致性和酒店的形象。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1.1 Assist DOS on marketing plan, monthly forecast andannual budget for the Sales department.
协助销售总监制定推广计划,部门沟通计划和每月销售预测。
1.2 Ensure significant data for department is trackedand reported accurately to support administration of the Sales and Marketingfunction as whole.
确保本部门重要数据及时追索备档以便市场营销部运作之用。
1.3 Responsible for dissemination of business relatedinformation to related departments.
负责向酒店相关部门提供准确的商业信息。
1.4 Maintain close co-ordination with respectivedepartments on special requirements.
与酒店各部门紧密协调以便满足客户需求之供给。
1.5 Work closely with various departments to ensurequality service is delivered at all time.
与酒店各部门紧密配合以便向客户提供及时到位的优质服务。
1.6 Handle the assigned tasks for DOS/DOSM to completeand report the status on timely fashion.
及时完成市场销售总监和销售总监指定的工作。
1.7 Lead the sales teams to finish the daily routineduties for completing with monthly targets.
指导队员完成每日工作和月度销售目标。
2. Sell hotel product and focus on Rooms
2.1 Sell all hotel products, focus on room sales andachieve the team and individual targets.
定期拜访销售总监分配的客户和销售辖区,尽可能安排与宴会销售同事共同拜访新的潜力客户。
2.2 Solicit new business through sales call,tele-sales, sales blitz and trade show.
与酒店市场传媒部门密切配合,以提高酒店声誉和知名度,达到有效宣传和曝光率。
2.3 Adhere to contract standards and policies in orderto maintain consistencies and to reduce customer claims and complaints.
代表酒店作为与商务客户沟通的联接渠道(商业性质)。
2.4 Participate in negotiation or re-negotiations,i.e., proposals, contracts to meet clients’ request and maximum the revenue.
尽可能的促销酒店产品,特别是客房销售。
2.5 Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations,cost estimates, budget(s), contractual terms and related tools to support thesales process.
向姐妹酒店发送MI LEAD信息,以完成既定的指标。
3.1 Maximize utilization ofavailable services and resources Communication.
充分利用现有资源和配备做到有效的沟通。
3.2Resolve operational challenges, finalize plans and arrangements and to
coordinate integration of required services on a timely basis.
解决业务上的挑战,敲定具体部署和安排,并及时协调客人所需之服务。
3.3Ensure Group Resume is updated and pass it to the concerning
departments on time.
确保团队通知单及时更新并发送到相关部门。
3.4Check and follow the no-show report and give feedback to DOS on the
following day.
检查跟进前日的订房未现及时将反馈报告给销售总监。
3.5 Ensurerevised booking or cancellation is updated by Reservation and
logged onbusiness lost report. Especially some special issues.
及时跟进客房预订更改或取消.特殊事件丢失生意要着重记录在案。
3.6 Ensure dailyarrival clients’ room arrangement and fruit amenity set up and the otherspecial requirement is followed well. Meet VIP client upon their arrival. Alsoinform DOS to greet depends on situation. Inform GSM or FOM about VIP arrivaltime and other important information.
检查次日抵店客户的预订和物品安排,在贵宾抵店时予以迎接,重要宾客需要及时知会销售总监.通知客户经理等相关部门有关于贵宾抵店时间等细节。
Profile of Competency
工作能力:
1. General Working Knowledge: Familiar with hotel operation process and hotel product knowledge.
基本工作常识:了解酒店各运营部门的大致操作程序,掌握酒店产品知识。
2. Skills: understand the sales process, professional sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills etc.
工作技巧和能力:理解销售流程,掌握专业销售技巧,沟
通技巧,演示技巧,协商技巧等。
Language 语言能力:
· Good command of spoken and written English.
熟练的英语口语和写作能力
Education 教育:
· University Graduate.
· 大学文凭
