Marketing Intern - Hyatt Hub Shanghai Office

【职位描述】
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoice and billing arrangement, reimbursement procedures, data entry, etc
• Help on polishing and translation tasks (SC-EN, EN-SC)
• Assist in building presentations and reports for the marketing team
• Collaborate and brainstorm with teammates on new ideas for marketing and communications
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

• Have a can-do attitude, proactive and eager to learn with energy
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and posses with great problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students both welcomed
• Available for at least a six-month internship, five days a week, immediate available preferred
• Candidate with marketing, communication or PR background is referred
