活动经理Recreation Manager

岗位概述：
Job Summary:
This role has to lead the recreation department and subordinates to implement the daily recreation operational work.
本职位负责领导度假村活动部门（包括运动活动、儿童活动、泳池及自行车中心）的运营工作。
岗位职责：
Job Responsibility:
Manage the work schedules of all staff in department.
管理部门内部所有职员的工作计划；
Execute the yearly staff evaluation by interview cycles.
通过周期性面谈来执行年度的员工评价工作；
Responsibility for day to day business at all times.
负责所有运动和儿童类活动的日常业务开展工作 ;
Monitoring quality of work by staff.
监督管控部门员工的工作质量；
Training for recreation function employees.
对活动部门员工提供专业培训。
岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, English is required.
专科及以上学历，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
Experience in sports/kids activities instruction.
有管理或带领体育活动或儿童活动相关经验；
Body of knowledge for all aspects of sports department.
具备体育运动部门全方面的知识体系储备；
Integrity, performance driven, service-oriented, proactive, teamworking.
为人诚实正直、绩效导向、积极主动、团队协作、良好的服务意识；
Understanding the business/ Thinking strategically/ Turning.
具备良好的商业视角、逻辑思考能力及执行能力，优秀的培训及团队管理能力；
Sports school graduation is preferred.
体育学院毕业者优先考虑。
