岗位职责:
1、承担全力提升所有收入和市场份额至高位水平的责任;确保团队发展、客人满意度,并推动物业服务和产品的质量。
1 .Assume responsibility for driving all revenues and market shares to a high level; ensure team development, guest satisfaction, and push property quality of services and products.
2、策划并执行线上线下销售活动,拓展OTA平台,旅行社与所有渠道;
2. Design and execute online/offline Sales campaigns to expand OTA platforms, travel agency and all channels;
3、提升客户粘性与复购率;
3. Enhance customer retention and repurchase rates;
4、统一负责销售,管理销售团队,制定并执行年度预算;
4. Uniformly responsible for sales, overseeing the Sales Team, and formulating and executing the annual budget;
岗位要求:
1、具有5年以上市场营销相关工作经验,其中至少3年担任总监岗位。
1. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a director-level role.
2、具备2年以上在长沙本地市场的实战经验。
2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Changsha local market.
3、有高端酒店销售管理经验,3年以上长沙高端酒店销售总监经验者优先。
3. Experience in luxury hotel sales management is preferred; candidates with at least 3 years of experience as Sales Director in a Changsha luxury hotel are preferred.
