岗位职责Job responsibilities
1、安全管理体系执行：负责酒店安全保卫制度的落地执行，包括门岗管控、巡逻检查、监控室管理、车辆出入管理等，确保酒店人、财、物安全。
Implement hotel security policies and procedures, including access control, patrol inspections, monitoring room management, and vehicle access control, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property.
2、消防管理：定期组织消防设施检查（灭火器、消火栓、烟感探头等），制定并演练消防应急预案，确保消防通道畅通，消除安全隐患。
Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, smoke detectors, etc.), develop and drill emergency response plans, ensure fire exits remain unobstructed, and eliminate safety hazards.
3、团队管理：负责保安队伍的日常管理（排班、考勤、在岗纪律、绩效评估），组织安保技能及消防培训，提升团队应急反应能力。
Manage daily operations of the security team (scheduling, attendance, discipline, performance evaluation), organize security and fire safety training, and enhance team emergency response capabilities.
4、突发事件处置：立即赶赴现场处理各类突发事件（如客人纠纷、盗窃、醉酒闹事、意外伤害等），控制事态发展并按规定流程上报。
Respond immediately to all types of emergencies (e.g., guest disputes, theft, drunken disturbances, accidental injuries), control the situation, and report according to established procedures.
5、大型活动安全保障：配合酒店宴会、会议、婚宴等大型活动，制定现场安保方案，维持秩序，防范拥挤、踩踏等安全风险。
Support banquets, conferences, weddings, and other major events by developing on-site security plans, maintaining order, and preventing risks such as crowding and stampedes.
6、监控与夜间管理：监督监控室24小时值守纪律，定期抽查监控记录；负责夜间安全巡查，重点防范防火、防盗及异常情况。
Supervise 24/7 monitoring room discipline and conduct regular spot checks of surveillance records. Lead nighttime security patrols, focusing on fire prevention, theft prevention, and identifying unusual activity.*
7、对外协调：与辖区派出所、消防部门、城管等政府单位保持良好沟通，配合完成各项安全检查及备案工作。
Maintain good communication with local police stations, fire departments, urban management authorities, and other government entities, cooperating with security inspections and filing requirements.
任职要求Requirements
1、高中/中专及以上学历，3年以上酒店或商业物业安保工作经验，其中至少1年保安领班或队长管理经验。
High school or vocational school diploma or above. Minimum 3 years of security experience in hotels or commercial properties, including at least 1 year in a security supervisor or captain role.
2、持证要求：持有保安员证、消防设施操作员证（初级/中级）或建（构）筑物消防员证，退伍军人优先。
Valid security guard license and fire facility operator certificate (basic/intermediate) or structural firefighter certificate. Military veterans are preferred.
3、熟悉酒店安保工作流程，掌握基本消防法规及安防设备操作（监控系统、对讲系统、灭火器材等）。
Familiar with hotel security procedures, basic fire safety regulations, and operation of security equipment (surveillance systems, two-way radios, fire extinguishing equipment, etc.).
4、具备良好的突发事件处理能力，能在压力下保持冷静，果断采取合理措施控制事态。
Strong emergency response skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and capability to take decisive and appropriate actions to control incidents.
5、能有效管理一线安保团队，具备排班、培训、考核等基础管理经验。
Ability to effectively manage frontline security teams, with basic management experience in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
6、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应夜班、倒班及长时间站立巡逻。
Good physical health, no unhealthy habits. Able to work night shifts, rotating shifts, and stand or patrol for extended periods.
7、责任心强，纪律严明，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能礼貌引导客人及访客。
Strong sense of responsibility, strict discipline, good service attitude, and communication skills. Able to politely guide guests and visitors.
