2、Attend departmental training session and critique performance

3、Use Hotel to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly.

4、Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with company guidelines

5、Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

1、Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

3、Corporate certification in training programs may be required
