1、Responsible for daily floor work and handover arrangements and supervision

2、Keep abreast of the occupancy status of the floors

3、Pay attention to guest dynamics, deal with temporary problems, report to department manager in time when there are major problems
关注宾客动态,处理临时发生的问题,有重大问题时及时向部门经理汇报。
4、Cooperate with Quality Inspection Department to do a good job of guest room spot check
配合质检部做好对客房抽查工作。
5、Keep abreast of booking information, especially the names of VIPs and frequent guests.
及时了解预定资料,了解客情,特别是酒店贵宾及常客的姓名。
CUALIFICATIONS:
任职要求
1、2 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training
最好拥有在相似规模酒店2年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验或培训经验。
2、Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
经验类型和程度的要求可能因运营规模和复杂性而略有不同。
