· Assist the Director of Healthand Fitness in providing operational services and membership management for theHealth and Fitness Chess and Card Room, ensuring the completion of the revenuebudget for the Chess and Card Room.
协助康体总监做好康体棋牌室运营服务及会籍管理工作，确保完成棋牌室收入预算。
· Responsible for the inspection,maintenance, and repair of equipment in the chess and card room, correctlyusing all facilities and equipment in the chess and card room, and ensuringtheir good and effective operation.
负责做好棋牌室设备的检查、保养、报修工作，正确使用棋牌室各设施设备，确保完好有效运行。
· Obey the work arrangement ofthe Director, conscientiously provide chess and card room services and cleanand hygienic work in accordance with work norms and quality standards.
服从总监的工作安排，按照工作规范和质量标准，认真做好棋牌室服务和清洁卫生工作。
· Development and management ofcustomers in the chess and card room: attract chess and card consumer groupsthrough online and offline channels, develop and implement membershiprecruitment plans; Establish and update customer information, maintain customerrelationships, and improve satisfaction.
棋牌室客户的开发与管理：通过线上线下渠道吸引棋牌消费群体，制定并执行会员招募计划；建立并更新客户信息，维护客户关系，提升满意度。
· Complete monthly sales targetsfor membership cards, packages, etc. in the chess and card room, and specifysales plans and promotional strategies.
完成每月棋牌室会员卡、套餐等销售指标，指定销售计划、促销方案。
· Regularly analyze sales data and adjuststrategies based on market trends to improve performance indicators.
定期分析销售数据，根据市场调整策略以提升业绩指标。
· Strictly implement theregulations for operating the chess and card room, make sure all rooms insafety precautions, and ensure the safety of guests.
严格执行棋牌室操作各项规定，做好安全防范工作，确保宾客安全。
· Comply with all Hotel andcorporate guidelines ( signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)

· Deliver high quality service toguests
向棋牌室客人提供高品质的服务。
· Attends meetings and trainingsessions as required.
