shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are
known
·

according to standard recipes
·

Communicates politely and
display courtesy to guests and internal customers

Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards

hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
·

Log security incidents and
accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
·

·
To ensure hotel's fire, health,
and safety procedures are implemented
·
