工作职责:
Assist in the daily work of the Chinese kitchen and complete all production duties of the position.

Prepare, cook, serve and store dishes.

Be responsible for following up the quality of all materials in the banquet kitchen.

Handle daily work in accordance with the portion standards and matching requirements of various dishes.
按照各种菜式的份量标准及搭配要求处理日常工作。
Master the production technology of dishes, cutting and shaping, and can quickly make a variety of cooked food.
掌握菜式的制作技术,拼切造型,能快速地制作出多种熟食。
Provide guidance to kitchen assistants, including kitchen workers and stewards.
给厨房助手提供指导,包括厨工和管事员。
Establish and maintain a dynamic working relationship with colleagues.

Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.

Assist the supervisor in preparing and managing the departmental budget and financial goals.

Educate colleagues on resource recycling and enhance their awareness of cost control.

Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities

Be familiar with occupational health and safety policies and procedures. Guide colleagues to ensure the implementation of safety.
熟悉职业健康及安全政策及流程。指导同事以确保安全贯彻实施。
Be familiar with property safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures. Use relevant equipment safely.
熟悉财物安全、急救、火灾及紧急程序。安全使用相关设备。
Report dangerous conditions to the relevant department in real time.
实时向相关部门报告危险状况。
Correct dangerous conditions. Record safety accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
更正危险状况。根据酒店要求,记录安全事故。
Ensure the implementation of hotel fire, health and safety procedures.
确保实施酒店火灾、健康及安全流程。
