负责酒店锅炉设备日常启停、运行监控与参数调节
· Be responsible for daily start-stop, operation monitoring and parameter adjustment of hotel boiler equipment
·
严格执行锅炉水质处理、排污、巡检及维保作业
· Conduct water quality treatment, blowdown, patrol inspection and maintenance of boilers in strict accordance with regulations
·
定期完成锅炉本体、管道、阀门、辅机设备检修保养
· Regularly inspect and maintain boiler body, pipelines, valves and auxiliary equipment
·
做好锅炉燃油/燃气耗用管控，落实节能降耗相关工作
· Control fuel/gas consumption of boilers and implement energy-saving measures
·
排查处理锅炉运行异响、压力异常、温度不稳等常见故障
· Troubleshoot common faults such as abnormal noise, pressure and temperature during boiler operation
·
负责锅炉房场地整洁、设备清洁及工具物料规整
· Keep boiler room clean and tidy, arrange equipment, tools and materials properly
·
如实填写锅炉运行台账、维保记录及能耗数据报表
· Truthfully fill in boiler operation logs, maintenance records and energy consumption reports
·
配合完成酒店暖通、热水供应系统联动调试工作
· Cooperate in joint commissioning of hotel HVAC and hot water supply systems
·
主动落实设备预防性维护计划，独立完成本职维保工作，无需上级全程督导
· Take initiative to complete tasks in preventive maintenance plan independently without supervision from shift engineer/chief engineer

· Standardize on-site operation to avoid noise and peculiar smell affecting guest experience
