Duties and Responsibilities –
工作职责
・Be responsible for cooking and preparing all cold dishes, operate strictly in accordance with hygiene standards and safe production to ensure food quality
・负责各类冷荤的烹调制作,根据卫生标准严格操作、安全生产,保证食品的质量
・Follow all working procedures strictly, store raw materials for cold dishes properly, use ingredients rationally to reduce consumption costs
・严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种冷荤原材料,合理用料,降低消耗成本
・Take charge of disinfecting special tools, chopping boards and containers, and keep freezers and ovens clean and hygienic
・负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱清洁卫生
・Check raw material consumption after daily service, apply for and replenish supplies in a timely manner
・检查每日餐后的原料消耗,及时申购、补充
・Maintain kitchen sanitation and personal hygiene, and ensure normal operation of kitchen equipment
・保持厨房的卫生和个人卫生,确保厨房设备正常运行
・Cooperate with the Food Inspection Department for random checks, sampling retention and testing of dishes to guarantee absolute food safety for guests
・配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验,确保宾客食品的安全
・Capable of representing the hotel, brand and company to communicate with customers, employees and third parties
・具备完全代表酒店、品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力
・Be familiar with Western cuisine cooking and production techniques
・熟悉西餐的烹饪和制作工艺
Job Requirements –
任职要求
・Be physically healthy and hard-working
・身体健康,能吃苦耐劳
・Possess capabilities of problem-solving, reasoning, coordination, organization and training
・具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力
・Hold vocational certificates for catering skills or related majors
・持有餐饮技能或相关专业的职业证书
・Have years of working experience in kitchen cold dish production, or equivalent education background combined with relevant working experience
・拥有多年厨房冷菜工作经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景

  • 国际联号工作经验:优先
  • 年龄要求:20-35岁
  • 语言要求:中国普通话-良好
  • 计算机能力:良好
