一、主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities厨房实操工作 Kitchen Operations
Prepare kitchen equipment for service准备厨房设备以便使用Prepping raw ingredients for menu items为菜单上的项目安排准备原料Prepare simple food items准备简单的食品Prepare food for guest service准备食品为客人服务Slice food and arrange on plates将食品切片并置于盘子上Assist with goods inspection & receiving协助检查和接收货物Store all delivered goods properly储存货物Manage storage areas管理储存区Clean and store kitchen equipment after use清洁和储存设备Clean back-of-house premises清洁房屋Dispose of waste and handle linen处理垃圾和布草Maintain kitchen sanitation standards保持厨房卫生Clean kitchen space and all equipment regularly清洁厨房和设备Maintain strict personal hygiene at all times保持高度的个人卫生Attend all briefings as scheduled参加所有说明会Participate in all training activities参加培训活动
In addition to the core duties of this position, staff shall perform multi-skilled tasks in line with EVEN Hotel’s operation model.

人际沟通 Interpersonal Interaction
Timely report guests’ requests, demands, complaints and feedback to supervisors for proper resolution.
针对宾客的需求、要求以及投诉和抱怨,及时汇报寻求解决办法。
Work closely with Restaurant Manager to deliver healthy, balanced food options to guests.
与餐厅经理紧密合作,为宾客奉献健康平衡的美食选择。
宾客体验 Guest Experience
Properly handle guest complaints, escalate promptly to ensure full guest satisfaction.
妥善回应宾客的抱怨,及时汇报,确保宾客真正满意。
Regularly solicit feedback from guests and cater to their special dietary needs accordingly.
经常向宾客寻求反馈,根据反馈满足宾客的特殊需求和需要。
Share personal healthy lifestyle insights with colleagues and guests.
与其他同事和宾客分享您自己的健康生活体验。
Acquire knowledge of EVEN brand, hospitality industry, healthy living and balanced nutrition to deliver brand-aligned service.

二、任职要求 Our Requirements
Ability to represent the hotel, brand and corporate company when communicating with guests, colleagues and third-party vendors.具备代表酒店、品牌及公司,与顾客、员工、第三方合作方沟通对接的能力。Possess valid local government-mandated alcohol awareness certificate, food service permit, health certificate or food handler license.持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康 / 食品上岗证。Flexible schedule including night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.能够配合排班,在夜间、周末及节假日上班。Recent or long-term experience in planning and preparing healthy meals during working or personal time.日常工作或生活中长期 / 近期有规划、制作健康餐食的经验。Completed professional training on healthy food preparation.接受过健康食品制作相关专业培训。Candidates with consistent exercise/fitness habits and strong awareness of physical wellness & nutritional balance will be prioritized.长期坚持运动健身、注重身心健康与均衡饮食的应聘者优先考虑。
