Job Description 岗位描述：
1. To assist in leading and directing the wine list, service of wine.

2. To maintain high service standards.

3. Strive to fill objectives set for the restaurant, assist in develop the marketing strategy.

4. Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the wine list for the restaurant.
负责创建和维护餐厅的葡萄酒清单。
5. Sourcing of wines with best quality from around the world.
采购来自世界各地的特殊和卓越葡萄酒。
6. To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the wine cellar, ensuring that wine coverage is maintained at all times.
负责酒柜的日常运营，确保始终保持酒的覆盖范围。
Qualification Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Good team player and able to work under pressure.
良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作。
2. Serious, confident, takes initiative, customer-oriented, result-oriented.
认真自信，积极主动，以客户及结果为导向。
3. Interested in Fine Dining
立志于在高端西餐厅发展。
4. More than 2 years as a Sommelier in a fine-dining restaurant.
在高端西餐厅有两年以上侍酒相关工作经验者优先。
5. English speaking is preferred.
英语沟通能力熟练者优先。
6. WSET II or above
持有WSET2级或以上水平。
