工作职责:
协助餐饮部门总监、行政总厨处理每天的办公事务及相关活动。关注和管理餐饮部总监及行政总厨的会议和日常安排,如有需要及时建议并改变安排。协调餐饮部、厨房编制培训计划,每周班表,每月加班申请单和每月出勤记录。记录各个经理的出勤情况,假期计划,年假计划。 关注每天有关餐饮部门管理的重要文件参加餐饮部及厨房部门的运营会议并做记录。协助餐饮部总监传达有关餐饮部事件的指示给餐饮各个部门的经理协助行政总厨向厨房团队传达相关信息。协助餐饮部各部门更新和打印餐饮部的菜单,培训材料和客信等。 组织和保存高级资料如文件,手写材料,菜单,总仓的打印资料等根据字母顺序编写及组织资料档案柜。协助制定餐饮部年度计划活动预算以及绩效报告按时完成部门员工的福利领发工作确保部门员工的考勤及加班统计工作及时无误协助员工做好各项申请及报销工作参加自己专业和相关工作领域的职业培训,以增强工作技能并多方面发展。严格遵守酒店考勤制度及其它各项人事部颁布的规定严格遵守员工手册条款及时有效的完成各项申请采购单按时完成月考勤统计表及时递交月培训计划和考勤报告负责会议记录,会议内容的整理编辑和传达。负责餐饮办公室环境的整洁做好部门办公用品的管理及申购工作需适应餐饮业弹性工作时间(如节假日高峰时期的加班)
岗位要求:
- 大专及以上学历,行政管理、文秘、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件(Word/Excel/PPT),具备基础数据分析能力;
- 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力;
- 熟悉餐饮行业运作流程者优先。
- 2年以上行政文秘或酒店/餐饮行业相关工作经验;
- 有大型活动筹备或跨部门协作经验者优先。
- 责任心强,具备抗压能力与多任务处理能力;
- 注重细节,能高效完成重复性工作;
- 服务意识强,擅长团队协作与跨部门沟通。

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of the Food and Beverage Department and the Executive Chef in handling daily office affairs and related activities.Monitor and manage the meetings and daily schedules of the Director of the Food and Beverage Department and the Executive Chef, and suggest and change the arrangements in a timely manner if necessary.Coordinate with the Food and Beverage Department and the kitchen to prepare training plans, weekly work schedules, monthly overtime application forms, and monthly attendance records.Record the attendance, vacation plans, and annual leave plans of each manager.Pay attention to important documents related to the management of the Food and Beverage Department on a daily basis.Attend the operational meetings of the Food and Beverage Department and the kitchen and take notes.Assist the Director of the Food and Beverage Department in conveying instructions regarding Food and Beverage Department events to the managers of various Food and Beverage departments.Assist the Executive Chef in communicating relevant information to the kitchen team.Assist various departments of the Food and Beverage Department in updating and printing menus, training materials, guest letters, etc. of the Food and Beverage Department.Organize and preserve high - level materials such as documents, handwritten materials, menus, and printed materials from the general warehouse.Compile and organize the filing cabinets of materials in alphabetical order.Assist in formulating the annual planned activity budget and performance reports of the Food and Beverage Department.Timely complete the distribution of welfare to department employees.Ensure the timely and accurate statistics of department employees' attendance and overtime.Assist employees in completing various applications and reimbursement work.Participate in professional training in one's own professional and related work fields to enhance work skills and develop in multiple aspects.Strictly abide by the hotel's attendance system and other regulations issued by the Human Resources Department.Strictly abide by the terms of the employee handbook.Timely and effectively complete various application purchase orders.Complete the monthly attendance statistics table on time.Timely submit the monthly training plan and attendance report.Be responsible for meeting minutes, the compilation, editing, and communication of meeting content.Be responsible for the cleanliness of the Food and Beverage office environment.Manage and apply for department office supplies.Be adaptable to the flexible working hours of the catering industry (such as overtime during peak holiday periods).
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above. Majors in administrative management, secretarial studies, hotel management or related fields are preferred.
- Proficiency in using Office software (Word/Excel/PPT), with basic data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Familiarity with the operation processes of the catering industry is preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience in administrative secretarial positions or in the hotel/catering industry.
- Experience in large - scale event preparation or cross - departmental collaboration is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Pay attention to details and be able to complete repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong service awareness, good at teamwork and cross - departmental communication.
