工程技术员 Engineering Technician

岗位职责：
切实执行“蒸汽锅炉安全监查规程”的有关规定和本单位制定的锅炉安全操作规程等规章制度，精心操作，保证锅炉安全运行。认真做好锅炉、辅机及安全附件的维修保养工作，以保证设备的正常运转。锅炉在运行中发生异常情况危及安全时，应采取紧急措施，并立即报告主管负责人。每天完成记录锅炉相关的各种数据并向值班工程师汇报。 确保所有设备和区域的维修都符合标准。 协助工程部其它部门的工作。负责处理日常的维修投诉。负责工具的维护保养,确保工具保持在可用状态。 协助主管处理维修保养的投诉。协助预防性的保养工作，根据进度表执行。 负责设备和机器的清洁工作，使其达到标准要求。 检查工程维修申请板并首先完成标有“紧急”字样的未完工项目。负责酒店户内外墙体，地板，天花板，室内外设备的粉刷工作。负责清漆工作，例如：门，窗，木板，家具及墙砖与地砖的修补。负责表面油漆或清漆的准备工作。
Job Responsibilities：
Strictly implement the relevant provisions of the "Steam Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations" and the boiler safety operation procedures and other rules and regulations formulated by this unit, operate carefully, and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.Carefully carry out the maintenance and repair work of boilers, auxiliary machines and safety accessories to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.When abnormal situations occur during the operation of the boiler that endanger safety, emergency measures should be taken and the person in charge should be informed immediately.Complete the recording of various data related to the boiler every day and report to the on-duty engineer.Ensure that the maintenance of all equipment and areas complies with standards.Assist the work of other departments in the Engineering department.Be responsible for handling daily maintenance complaints.Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of tools to ensure they remain in a usable condition.Assist the supervisor in handling complaints regarding maintenance and repair.Assist in preventive maintenance work and carry it out according to the schedule.Be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and machines to ensure they meet the standard requirements.Check the engineering maintenance application board and first complete the unfinished projects marked with "Urgent".Be responsible for the painting work of the interior and exterior walls, floors, ceilings and indoor and outdoor equipment of the hotel.Responsible for varnish work, such as the repair of doors, Windows, wooden boards, furniture, and wall and floor tiles.Be responsible for the preparation of surface paint or varnish.

3年以上从事工程部的相关工作经验
锅炉上岗证
压力容器操作证
锅炉水处理证
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the engineering department
Boiler operation certificate
Pressure Vessel Operation Certificate
Boiler water treatment certificate
