1. Draft the hotel's comprehensive business reports, plans, summaries, resolutions and briefs as well as the department's official correspondence.
2. Attend regular administrative meetings, take meeting minutes, and understand the implementation of decisions and resolutions.
3. Summarize all kinds of reports, and keep a good record of hotel events and foreign affairs.
4. Handle daily reception, letters and visits, etc.
5. Responsible for the daily telephone transfer of the general manager.
6. Examine and review the external and internal articles.
7. Good English and communication skills.
