职位描述

1. Responsible for the promotion and reservation of banquets, conferences and exhibitions;
2. Formulated the marketing plan of banquet sales, established and improved the working procedures and standards of the banquet sales department, formulated the banquet sales system and directed its implementation;
3. Establish and improve banquet diary, customer contract storage, banquet orders and individual customer information archiving records, so as to make them an effective means of work;
4. Made a weekly visit and telemarketing plan, submitted it to the department manager, and reviewed the weekly visit with the marketing manager at the weekend to make a summary;
5. Make sales reports and record every visit and telephone sales in detail;
6. Reported the harvest of each visit and the feedback of customers to the Sales and Marketing Department, communicated closely with other teams of the sales and Marketing Department, and jointly handled the activities assigned by the sales department;
7. Solve the needs of visiting guests, provide them with necessary information, and discuss the details of activities with them;
8. Visit clients for banquets and receive them internally;
9. Prepare quotation, confirmation and banquet notice for banquets and conferences.
10. On-site inspection of reception preparations to ensure the fulfillment of all arrangements, coordination with the banquet manager to ensure the implementation of reception services;
11. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve customers' special needs;
12. After the activity, send thank-you letters to customers, collect customer feedback, and timely report to the F&B manager and F&B Director if there is any problem, so as to timely deal with and correct;
13. Handled special affairs related to banquets assigned by sales manager, participated in hotel activities and did a good job in public relations.
14. Paying attention to competitors' banquet sales status, regularly checking competitors' in-store meeting information, obtaining customer resources and tracking.
15. Responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as catering department, Engineering Department, banquet service, kitchen, etc., to ensure the smooth holding of banquet meetings.
1、负责宴会、会议、展示会的推销、预定工作;
2、制定宴会销售的市场推销计划,建立并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准,制定宴会销售制度并指挥实施;
3、建立、改善宴会日记,客户合同存放,宴会订单及散客资料的存档记录,使之成为有效的工作手段;
4、制定一周出访与电话销售计划,交部门经理,周末与营销部经理共同回顾一周出访情况,做出总结;
5、做好销售报告,详细记录每次出访与电话销售情况;
6、向市场销售部每次出访的收获以及客人的反馈意见,与市场销售部其他小组紧密沟通,共同处理销售部接下的活动;
7、解决来访客人的需求,向客人提供必要的信息,与客人商讨活动细节安排;
8、出访宴会客户,做好内部接待;
9、拟定宴会、会议报价书,确认书及宴会通知书。
10、实地检查接待准备工作,保证所有安排兑现,与宴会部经理协调,确保接待服务的落实;
11、与有关部门协调,解决客户的而特殊需求;
12、活动完毕后,向客户发出感谢信,收集客户反馈意见,如有问题,及时反映给餐饮部经理与餐饮总监,以便及时处理和纠正;
13、处理销售经理指派的与宴会有关的特殊事务,参加酒店活动,做好公关工作。
14、关注竞争对手宴会销售状态,定期查看竞争对手在店会议信息,获取客户资源并跟踪。
15、负责协调与其它部门的关系,如餐饮部,工程部,宴会服务,厨房等,确保宴会会议的顺利举办。
