Sign in for attendance in full uniform,
uniform must be cleaned and presentable. Always check personal hygiene and be
well groomed in appearance. Always wear a clean and tidy uniform and well -
polished shoes.
身着干净整洁的制服签到。时刻保持个人卫生和良好的仪容。制服和工鞋应保持干净整洁。
Always be friendly and keep smiling under any
circumstances.
任何情况下都应面带微笑并保持友好的态度。
Handle all complaints and requests immediately
and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they
leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Exec. Housekeeper if complaints
and requests cannot be handled.
迅速巧妙地处理客人的投述和要求。确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意。如果无法妥善处理客人的投述和要求应请求行政管家的帮助。
Direct supervisions of work of room attendants
and assist in work when needed.  Give
briefing daily before they start work.
直接为客房服务员提供指导并在需要时提供协助。每日工作开始前例行晨会。
Evaluate floor staff half yearly.  Reports infraction with proper recommendation
for disciplinary action as well as, comments those who has done good
performance.
每半年对楼层员工进行一次评估。报告违规行为并提出相应的处罚办法,同时推荐工作表现出色的员工。
Demonstrate if necessary after defining jobs
regarding rooms or area cleaning.
详细说明清洁房间或其它区域的工作后应作必要的示范。
Carry out job training for new employees. 
对新员工进行工作培训。
Reports immediately sick and irregular guests
to Floor Supervisor, AEHK, EHK and Duty manager.
立即向楼层主管、行政副管家、行政管家和值班经理报告任何生病或不寻常的客人。
Report the status of rooms to the front
office. Check on discrepancies with the F/O 8:00am report.
通知前厅部当前房态。按照前厅部早上八点房态表检查差异房。
Check and Write work orders for room’s
maintenance. All rooms should be free of any maintenance. Follow up on
maintenance and see if it is done.
检查并填写客房维修单以确保所有客房状态良好。跟进客房维修并确认是否已经完成。
Report any unusual activities or appearance to
the AEHK and EHK.
向行政副管家和行政管家汇报所有不寻常的事件。
To ensure good inter departmental
communication, network and teamwork.
确保部门内部良好的沟通和团结合作。
All lost & found items are to be sent to
housekeeping office. Valuable items are to be handed immediate to the Exec.
Housekeeper.
将所有失物送至客房部办公室。贵重物品应立即移交给行政管家。
Inspect guestrooms, corridors and service
areas on assigned floors. Ensure that all guest room's cleanliness is up to
standard. Checks and reports any repaired problems.
检查负责楼层的客房、走廊和服务区。确保所有客房的清洁水平达到标准。检查并报告所有维修问题。
Check all the pantries ensure the pantry and
linen shelves are clean and tidy, vacuum cleaner is emptied and clean.
检查所有工作间以确保工作间和布草架干净整洁,吸尘器干净无污物。
Control and issue stock and take inventory to
safe guard against pilferage and shortage. Responsible for the requisition of
sundries supplies.
控制并发放客用品并进行盘点以避免失窃及短少。负责申领各种客用品。
Ensure that Room Attendants have haircut and
neatly arranged, shoes, cleaned and badges on.
确保客房服务员的头发和工鞋整齐干净并佩戴名牌。
Report to the AEHK and EHK any irregular
behavior of Room Attendants within guest rooms.
向行政副管家和行政管家报告任何客房服务员在客房内的不寻常举动。
Ensure that special cleaning program schedules
are carried out within the time limited and performance is up to requested
standard.
确保在规定期限内完成特殊清洁计划并达到要求。
Handles other duties and projects as assigned
by the management.
处理其它由管理层分派的工作。
Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during
emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.
在紧急情况如火灾、停电和炸弹恐吓时随时准备执行分派的任务。
Ensure that Housekeeping personnel are
familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
确保客房部员工熟悉酒店内各种设施以便协助客人。
