1. To be flexible and willing when asked to fillin any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstance asassigned or required by Management.

2. To be ready and responsible to perform anyother duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.

3. Assist the outlet Manager in daily operationduring their absence.
协助餐厅经理处理部门的日常运行工作。
4. Responsible for attending to, resolving oracting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty andreport to the leader immediately.
当班期间,要负责解决出现的意外情况。并及时向上级汇报。
5. The Asst. outlet Manager is to ensure andoversee that the staffs Agent shift procedures/duties are completed on time andare procedurally correct.
餐厅副经理要确保和监督餐厅员工的班次运转正常,工作程序符合要求。
6. Ensures that on-going pertinent/relevantlogbook communication to other shifts is maintained.
要确保有相关的交班本上与其他班次可以进行有效的沟通。
7. Assists all area in the restaurant asrequired. (I.e.: Waiter/Waitress,Captain, Hostess.)
按照需要帮助所有的餐厅工作岗位。例如:服务员,领班,咨客。
8. Responsible for assisting in a"hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area inthe Hotel.
