岗位职责
1. 协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
2. 负责酒店各项培训的组织及展开。
3. 按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4. 负责所有雅高集团心艺家的活动。
5. 审核和制定各种培训教材;定期考核员工的酒店产品知识和仪容仪表以及酒店礼仪标准。
6. 了解酒店各部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议并实施。
7. 创立员工认可项目,定期颁布最佳员工的奖励。
8. 定期维护及更新酒店人才与文化部的微信公众号。
岗位要求
1. 大专以上学历,至少3年以上相关部门工作经验,专业对口者,具有培训工作经验或有国际品牌酒店工作经验的优先考虑。
2. 熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
3. 了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
5. 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力,中英文水平良好。
6. 能熟练使用电脑等相关办公软件。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lay down the Annual Hotel training plan and monthly training calendar.
2. To Implement different types of training through out the year.
3. To submitt the training report and feedback to the hotel excom members after training.
4. In charge of all Accor program/ Heartist Activities.
5. To audit the training materials, in charge of hotel inspections such as grooming, greeting, hotel product knowledge.
6. To manage the survey about training needs, provide the certain trainings related to that.
7. To create some staff recognition programs, to provide the awards to monthly, quarterly, annually Best Staff.
8. To maintain and update the Talent & Culture Wechat platform regularly.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Learning and development or related departments including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.
2. This role requires to know the hotel training system.
3. This role requires to understand the hotel working standard and Accor criteria.
4. A strong communication skills and coordination ability
5. A strong oral expression and writing ability in both English and Mandrain is preferred.
6. This role requires to have a comprehensive computer skills, especially on Excel, Powerpoint, and wechat platform, and poster and etc.
