销售副总监 ADOS-MICE

岗位职责
1.全面负责酒店会议，展示会等的推销等工作。
2.制定会务销售的市场推销计划、并完善会务销售部工作程序和标准，制定会务销售部规章制度并指挥实施。
3.建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段。
岗位要求
1.具有酒店会务销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神。
2.对大型会务的组织及执行有丰富的经验。
3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
4.熟悉云南会务客源市场优先。
5.有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for hotel meetings, exhibitions and other sales work.
2. Develop the marketing plan for conference sales, and improve the working procedures and standards of the conference sales department, formulate the rules and regulations of the conference sales department and direct the implementation.
3. Establish and improve the banquet diary, customer contract archive, banquet orders and forecast forms of the archive records, making it an effective working procedure and management means.
Required Skills:
1. With hotel conference sales job experience, can combine the characteristics of the industry to carry out the overall marketing work, have a certain customer accumulation, team spirit.
2. Have extensive experience in the organization and implementation of large-scale conferences.
3. Strong management, judgment and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and implementation skills.
4. Familiar with Yunnan meeting customer source market first.
5. Have a strong sense of professionalism, sense of responsibility and the courage to open up the spirit.
