Job Summary
岗 位 概 述:
Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Responsible in achieving room and catering sales target objectives of the hotel.
完成酒店客房方面的销售目标。
2.Establish personal sales goals, and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts.
建立个人销售的目标,并且挑选重要的客户。
3.Participate in the development and execution of the hotel marketing plan.
参与酒店销售计划的执行和发展。
4.Identify sources of information to maximize hotel revenue.
确定消息的来源,使酒店收益最大化。
5.Maintain accurate forecasting for all group/FIT segments and identify valley periods for sales emphasis.
维持团队和散客的正确预测,确定销售在特定时期的销售重点。
6. Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers.
建立计划和指导,使团队和散客努力达到计划的目标,并发展和建立良好的客户群。
7.Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
监管销售的产值并且调整销售的行动,争取完成计划的目标。
8.Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotel. To update operating departments of the hotel to ensure awareness of bookings and sales programs.
调整销售部和酒店内部的其他运营部门的沟通,及时更新酒店内部运营部门的信息和销售部门的流程。
9.Coordinate group room forecasts and prospects with the Banquet Sales and Revenue department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.
与宴会销售部和收益管理部共同调整团队定房,完成酒店内部最大生产力。
10.Manage all customer systems in the hotel.
管理酒店所有客户体系。
11.Recruit, select, train and motivate Sales Department personnel to realize their potential to develop individuals for advancement within Hotel.
培训,挑选使销售人员意识到他们的发展前途,为酒店作出贡献。
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.
遵守公司所有政策和程序。
Other Tasks& Responsibilities
其它工作职责:
1.Undertakes the cross training requested by department head.
根据上级的安排参加必须的部门交叉培训。
2.Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
遵守本部门的标准及程序。
3.Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and Staff handbook regulations are abided by.
坚持和保证遵守所有的政策程序,和南昌喜来登酒店员工手册。
4.Follow Marriott group procedures and policies.
遵守万豪集团的程序及政策。
5.Carry out other tasks assigned by your Manager.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
Education and Experience
学历和经验
1.College degree or above, good communication and writing ability in Chinese and English, more than 6 years of experience in international chain hotel.
大专以上文化程度,具有良好的中英文交流及写作能力 ,6年以上国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
2.Familiar with sales system and good communication skills, excellent leadership, good at managing and motivating employees.
熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力,卓越的领导能力,善于管理并激励员工。
