Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations.

Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications 任职要求:
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field. 5 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。5年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
Excellent English spoken and written ability
