·         Assist Pastry Chef in the daily operation and to help maintain a high standard of food presentation and food quality.
协助饼房厨师长对于厨房的日常管理工作,同时协助保证高标准的出品展示和产品质量。
·         Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically.

·         Keep cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the Pastry Kitchen, including storeroom, cold storage room, and dry storage room.
保证厨房所有区域的清洁和整洁,包括库房、冷库和干货仓库。
·         Support the Pastry Chef in the overall smooth operation of the Pastry Kitchen to ensure prompt service delivery at all times.

·         Participates in making food requisitions.
根据要求参与食品制作服务。
·         Trains commis chefs, apprentices and interns to a high standard.                                                            培训厨师,厨工及实习生,以提高其工作标准。
·         Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.
在指导下,进行所有食品的准备工作。
·         Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.

·         Assists Pastry Chef in planning and organizing the pastry section assigned to.

·         Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

·         Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

·         Buffets decoration items and show pieces.

·         Orders pastry food from storeroom.
从仓库领取饼房物资。
·         Controls the quality of the ingredients purchased and received
控制食品的采购和收货质量。
·         Responsible for the pastry hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and storage areas.
确保工作区域和存储区域的卫生、防疫和整洁。
·         Develops pastry recipe cards and products.
研发新品和配方。
·         Participate in pastry menu design.

·         Assist in receiving and storage of pastry goods.

·         Contact with different department and workplace colleagues in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport work effectively in a team.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
 
·         High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking
高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习
·         Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel
至少6到8年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验
·         Acknowledged managerial skills     
具有相关管理技能
·         Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines      
了解,熟悉HACCP知识
·         Computer literate in the Windows environment    
熟悉电脑操作知识
·         Languages: fluent in the national language, knowledge of English recommended.
语言要求:熟练中文及懂英语更佳
