· Develop and maintain Hotel software properly management system, smoothly to ensure a smooth computer system functioning without interruption to the hotel daily computer operation.
维护并提高酒店的软件管理系统，确保每日的电脑系统在没有任何干扰情况下顺畅工作。
· Develop expertise on all software and hardware used in hotel.
负责提高所有使用酒店系统职员的专业知识。
· Maintain all hardware on an on-going basis.
在酒店电脑系统正常运行下，对硬件设备进行维护。
· If necessary standby in operations areas during early step hotel opening to ensure a smooth computer operation.
如需要，在酒店开业前期阶段在各操作地监督来确保电脑培训运行的顺畅。
· Attend to solve computer problems promptly.
快速安排解决电脑使用中出现的问题。
· Ensure system security is maintained at all times.
随时保证系统的安全与稳定。
· Develop report writers and programs as requested.
按酒店政策要求改进程序。
· Stay current on all changes in computing technology.
密切关注电脑各方面信息的变化与趋势。
· Maintain and test all current and future cabling.
维护与测试当前与将运用的网络系统。
· Extra working hours will be as required to ensure system reliability.
为确保系统的安全运行，要遵守该部门特殊的工作时间。
· Liaise with computer suppliers for maintenance, support service and computer supplies.
确保电脑系统的维修、服务支持，保持与电脑供应商的联系，
· Ensure that EDP Room is restricted to all personnel except authorized personnel.
严格限制进入电脑房的人员，被授权的特例人员除外。
· Maintain operation of users Internet functions adhere to rules of hotel exclude non-authorized user.
根据酒店规定开启用户的上网功能，不得私自对未授权用户开启此功能。
· Ensure all hotel system passwords be record and hand in to Director of Finance cannot amend any password without Director of Finance approval.
对所有系统密码进行登记并上交给财务总监备份并不能随意更改。
· Responsible for hotel system upgrade. Ensure the PC spare parts quality of hotel computer.
负责控制酒店电脑配件的质量。
· Ensure computer virus information alert be distributed to all Department users and keep the network safety all the time.
及时向各使用电脑部门发布电脑病毒信息，防止病毒扩散，保证系统的安全。
· Assist in the processing of data and correcting errors as required.
协助进行数据的处理并纠正系统错误。
· Ensure all in-house guests’ Internet requests are solved promptly.
解决客人在酒店内上网时出现的问题。
· Ensure computer virus information be distributed to EDP manager timely.
及时发现电脑病毒信息并向电脑房经理汇报。
· Ensure frequently spot check is held to all users adhere to rules of hotel; any prohibitive programs will be cancelled promptly.
严格按照酒店规定不定期检查所有用户电脑，一旦发现有违禁程序必须立即删除。
· Follow all hotel EDP operating procedures. Ensure all procedures are adhered to.
严格遵守电脑房的操作程序。
