- To compile and to revise the public activity and target plan per yearaccording to the sales and market plan of hotel.

- Managing the mails list of PR Dept.
管理公关部的邮件单。
- Submit the public resource report per month.
每月提交公关报告。
· Public data公共资料:
- Developing and safekeeping the newest sales printed matters of hotel.
发展和保管最新的酒店销售印刷品。
- Distributing the newest hotel information to local, region andinternational intermediary.
给地方、地区和国际传媒发放新的酒店信息。
- Mail the newsletter and promotion advertising printed matters of hotel.
邮寄酒店的新闻信件和推销宣传印刷品。
- Controlling the quantity of promotion gift of hotel.
控制酒店推广赠品的数量。
- Collecting the information of local and region intermediary, takepassage about the importance news, and submit to each department manager.
向本地、地区传媒收集信息,摘录重要新闻的重要信息,交送各部门主管。
- Deal with each important festival days and information collecting.
处理各重要节日文稿及信息收集。
- Supervise and contact to the photography and public resource work ofhotel.

· Contact to the news and intermediary 与新闻、媒体的联系:
- Set up and keep the close relationship with the local, region andinternational news and intermediary.
与本地、地区、国际新闻、媒体建立关系并保持紧密联系。
- Keep contact with the MARCOM Manager of region office and other brotherhotel.
与地区办公室、其它兄弟酒店市场传讯经理保持联系。
· Contact with customer 与客人接触:
- Write the welcome letter for honored guests. Provide the photos for newstransmit by radio telegraphy through the honored guests agreed.
写贵宾欢迎信,经贵宾同意后为新闻发报社提供照片。
- Provide the whole public service if the customer and news reportneed.
如酒店住客或新闻发报会要求,提供全面的公关服务。
- Attend the valuable celebration campaign.
出席有价值的庆典活动。
- Preparing the letters, memo and notice of hotel campaign and specialmatters.
准备关于酒店活动和特别事件的信件、备忘录和通知。
· Advertising data 宣传资料:
- Check all of important data, and ensure it according to the requirementsof hotel management organization operation brochures, safekeeping the data andprinted records.
检查所有重要资料,确保符合酒店管理集团营运手册的要求,保管资料的印刷记录。
- Assist to the edit the news letters of S&M Dept.
协助编辑市场销售部的新闻信件。
- Write, edit and check the promotion advertising information ofhotel.
撰写、编辑和检查酒店推广宣传资料。
- Supervise and assist the photography service, and completing thephotography work.
监督协助摄影服务,并完成摄影工作。
· Advertisement 广告:
- Implement all of advertising plan which examined and approved bymanaging authorities, and discuss with DOSM.
实施所有由管理当局审批的广告宣传计划,并与市场销售总监讨论。
- Safekeeping the base map of advertisement printed data.
保管广告印刷资料的底图。
- Suggest that the advertising data and image design and expanding ofhotel to managing authorities.

- Draw up, advice, edit and check all of advertisement of local.

· Administering the other tasks which allotted by DOSM.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
· Have more than three years work experiences in hotel and more than twoyears work experiences of MARCOM
具有三年以上酒店工作经验,并有两年以上市场传讯工作经历
· Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character,hotel operation guideline and sales strategy
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等
· Have a good knowledge of news, advertisement, advertising and otherprofessional knowledge, know well about the marketing, and expanding operation,know about the situation of travel area and hotel management knowledge, masterthe public relation, psychology and physical science and other basic knowledge
掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识,熟悉营销和推广业务,了解旅游业现状及酒店管理知识,掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识
· Know well the policy, laws, regulation of government
了解政府有关政策、法律和条款规定
· Use foreign language conversation with the foreign customers, and havethe ability to read and translate foreign language professional data,possessing strong foreign conversationand write skills
通用外语与外宾进行熟练会话,并能阅读和翻译一门外文有关专业资料,具有较强的外语会话和写作能力
· Possess extensive social activity and strong organizing abilities.
