职位说明 Job Description:
1、制定和完成部门预期目标;
Maintain departmental goals;
2、负责制定和实施提高部门运作效率和对客服务质量的策略;
Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and which improve the service to our guests;
3、遵守部门预算,时刻注意常额人员编制和成本控制;
Be able to work according to budget, keep constant eye on staffing level and control costs;
4、负责制定、更新和实施标准操作程序和当地标准操作程序;
Ensure that SOP’s and LSOP’s are available, current and in effect;
5、实施有效全面的培训计划,确保所有员工接受良好的培训和再培训。并作培训纪录;
Ensure that an effective and complete training program is in use and that all associates are well trained and re-trained, as needed. training records are kept;
6、合理安排加班,发现问题,及时处理;
Control overtime through good management and immediate response to problems;
7、实施有效的新员工培训计划;
Implementation of an effective New Hire Training Program;
8、负责本部门主管和员工工作业绩的评估、考核;
Provide up to date performance reviews of all supervisors and associates;
9、每月举行部门会议,会后分发会议纪录;
Ensure that productive and effective monthly department meetings are held and meeting minutes are published and directed.
任职资格 Qualification:
1、全日制专科(含)以上学历;
College’s degree required;
2、酒店管理相关专业;
Hospitility Management etc;
3、1年以上同等工作经历或5年以上低一级工作经历;
Minimum of one years of same position experience.Or more than 5 years work experience in low level.
4、良好的沟通能力;
Excellent communication skills;
5、具有解决问题,组织和培训能力;
Problem solving organization and training capacity skil;
6、具有英语听说读写能力;
PExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language;
7、具有良好的领导技能;
Excellent leadership skills.
