※TheDirector of Sales is responsible for selling the total hotel room, catering andfood and beverage and should always keep focused on motivating the sales team,train sales personal, both tour and travel and corporate, and achieve goals andobjectives through sales solicitation and overall co-ordination.

1.To assist the Director ofSales & Marketing in administration and overall sales activity planning ofthe sales office.
协助市场销售部总监管理所有销售活动计划。
2.Supervise the salesmanagers and sales executives as well as sales office Clerical staff’s dailywork. Responsible for the hotel’s sales activities.
督导销售经理和销售人员以及销售办公室文员的日常工作。

4.Selling the hotel toBusiness and Leisure individual traveler, Business and Leisure group, Businessmeeting etc.

5. Assist the Director of Sales& Marketing on development and implementation of the annual marketing planand sales target.

6.Make joint sales callswith the sales staff to understand their training needs.

7.Planning and developmentof an organized sales effort, such as sales blitzes, partnership in excellence… to solicit appropriate business which achieves the goals and objective of thehotel.

8.To attend overseas traveltrade shows as agreed to in the sales and marketing.

9.Develop an effectivesales plan in plans and action format for all segments of the marketing mixwith full input and commitment from your managers.

10.Ensure that individualsales manager’s goals are set and monitored as well as ensure performance on amonthly basis.

12.Recruit, select andprepare orientation and training of Sales Department personnel.

15.Establish sales goals,both current and futures, for all personnel carrying direct sales solicitationresponsibility.

16.Supervise office staffand implement sales procedures to ensure proper and prompt handling of allcorrespondence, maintenance of files and follow through with the worldwidesales offices.

17.Coordination of salesactivities with other departments, emphasizing a good rapport and good workingrelationship with the rooms and food and beverage departments.

18.Preparation of themonthly and the six month forecasts.

19.Develop an annualtraining plan and distribute to all sales staff for proper scheduling.

20. Work closely with theDirector of Sales and Marketing and the revenue team in formulating strategiesto optimize sales and revenues.
