Description: 岗位职责：
1. To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed

2. Handle minor complaints and reports them to the manager or assistant for proper action

3. Assist in any other tasks as specified by his / her supervisor

4.Conduct staff training when required
