西厨热菜厨师

岗位职责：
1.Prepare hot menu items, special hot dishes, hot appetizers, hot dishes, vegetable dishes and potatoes, spices, ingredients and hot sandwiches.
准备热菜菜单的食品，特色热菜，热菜开胃菜的摆盘，热盘，蔬菜配菜和土豆，调料，原料和热三明治。
2.Keep the working area and equipment tidy and tidy.

3.Do a good job in preparation before the meal.

岗位要求：
1. Technical secondary school education or above, or relevant major graduation.
中专以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业。
2. Be familiar with the working specifications and requirements of Western food, and master the quality requirements of various operation technologies of side dishes.
熟悉西餐的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。
3.Be able to work independently according to the requirements of work specifications and quality standards, and have corresponding technical level.
