Banquet Sales Executive does PR activities through daily sales calls, entertainment, hotel site inspection & sales trip to increase hotel publicity and visibility and enhance relationship with clients.
为增强酒店的公关形象和知名度以及提高和顾客的关系,宴会销售主任要做每日销售拜访、宴请、酒店参观和销售出差。
Obey the allotted work, show the work ability well, do the excellent performance.
服从工作分配,发挥工作能力,确保良好的工作表现。 Doing negotiation with the business team and travel team about operations well. Promote the guest bedroom positively. Expand the customer’s source, on the premise that to meet the highest interest of hotel. Sign the sales contract, and ensure sales plan would be finished.
做好与商务团体、旅行团体等进行业务洽谈,积极推销宴会餐饮消费,开拓客源,在满足酒店最高利益的前提下,签订销售合同,并确保销售计划的完成。
Deal with the letters and telephones about the meal and banquet booking or meeting of major clients, welcome their visiting. Keep and develop the business relationship well.
处理主要客户订餐、订宴会或会议的函电,接待他们的来访,与他们保持和发展良好的业务关系。
Do communication and coordination job well with all department, check and implement about the contract administration and the arrangement of the important banquet or meeting, ensure achieve the sales promise.
与所有部门做好沟通和协调工作,检查落实合同执行情况以及较重点宴会或会议的安排,确保实现销售时的承诺。
Administering every task on the banquet meeting list, according to the agreement which signed with client
宴会会议通知单上每项工作要根据与客户签订的协议执行,并注意店内安排合理与正确。

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
Have more than five years work experiences about sales in hotel, should be engaged in basic level job
具有五年以上酒店销售相关工作经验,从事过基层工作
Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt to changes, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide the subordinate work
具有较强的社会活动能力、应变能力及判断能力,熟悉本职工作,掌握一定销售专业知识,能引导下级人才工作
Have the ability of language and can use a foreign language to do operation
具有一定语言文字能力,并能熟练运用一门外语进行业务活动
Mastering the knowledge of banquet sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work
掌握一定宴会销售的技能、技巧知识,并具有较强的实践经验,以及积极的工作态度
