· Behaves at all times in a professional manner which
projects a good image to colleagues, and ensures a
safe hygienic working environment.

· Assist Talent canteen Chef supervise the cooks and
helpers and to solve or correct any problems.
协助人才餐厅厨师长管理厨师和帮厨,并及时对错误进行纠正或解决。
· Abides by all rules and regulations as laid down in the Talent Handbook.
遵守人才手册规章制度和条款。
· Must follow the grooming standards of the hotel at all
times.
当班期间必须遵循酒店仪容仪表的要求。
· To be responsible for training and teaching new talent in
your section.
培训和培养本部新入职人才。.
· Participates in any training programs as requested by the
Talent canteen Chef.
按时参加在人才餐厅厨师长要求下的培训。
· Cooperates with all hotel talent members to ensure
products and services are to set standards.
同酒店其他同事合作,保证服务标准。
· Ensures Hotel’s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures are
implemented.
保证酒店防火,安全和卫生等程序的执行。
· Performs any other duties or responsibilities as required
by Management.
按照管理层相关要求完成工作任务。
· To be familiar with emergency, safety and first aid
programs and procedures.
熟知紧急防火,安全和紧急救护的程序。
· Reports all accidents and safety hazards.
如发生意外事故,及时向相关负责人汇报。
· Supervises, coordinates and participates in talent
canteen’s cooking, ensures the quantity and quality of food.
管理,协调并参与人才餐厅食品制作,确保菜肴的数量和质量。
· Ensures that kitchen equipment and appliances are handled
properly.
保证人才餐厅厨房设备和用具正确操作。
· Ensures that hotel cost control policies and procedures
are followed.
确保落实酒店的成本控制政策和程序。
· Checks on requisitioned supplies to determine quality,
quantity and freshness.
检查订单供给食品的质量、数量、新鲜程度。
· Utilizes leftover food; converts unconsumed cooked food
to other dishes.
充分利用剩余食品,转换成为其他食品。
· Checks sanitation and security of talent canteen and
report to Canteen Chef in time.
检查人才餐厅的卫生及安全情况并及时向人才餐厅厨师长回报。
· Trains talent canteen commis.
对人才餐厅厨师进行相关培训。
· Appraises performance of subordinates and recommends
appropriated suggestion.
给予人才评估和建议。
· May act as Canteen Chef during his absence.
在厨师长不在时履行其职责。
· Performs other duties that may be required by his
superiors.
履行其上司给予的其他职责。
· Good computer skills and management ability.
良好的电脑技能及管理能力
· 2 years supervisory experience in related working
experience
两年以上相关工作经验
