·To work on a
rotation basis within Housekeeping. To cleaning and upkeep carpets, upholstery
and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards.
做好客房部基础工作运转，按照饭店的标准清洗地毯、硬地面和家具。
·To handle
equipment and cleaning supplies with care.
小心使用机器，及时清洁机器。
·To respond to
paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.
及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁。
·Clean the
multi-function hall, lounge and office according to hotel standards.
根据酒店标准打扫多功能厅、休息室和办公室。
·To ensure
cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.
确保所有清洁器材正确摆放，并适当保存。
·Attend to
general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her
periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling,
A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing
his daily cleaning duties.
在日常工作中参加清洗餐厅、办公室、公共区域地毯的工作，同时打扫吊灯、天花板，空调架或其他死角的卫生。
·To maintain
cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, Offices, and public areas not
covered by stewarding and gardener, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and
adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
负责打扫和维持会议室、餐厅、办公室、多功能厅和其他区域（不包含厨房管事部) 的卫生，以高水平的卫生保证客人最大程度的满足。
·To provide a
courteous and professional service all times.
时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务。
·Greets and is
courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.
对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情，用眼睛交流并时刻提供帮助。
·To report
items found in public areas to Housekeeping lost/Found directly as well as log.
如在公共区域拾到客人遗留物品，应及时上交客房失物招领处做好记录，同时报告主管。
·To maintain a
high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表。
·Possess
professional knowledge on the maintenance of marble, wooden floors and carpets,
and have been in the industry for more than three years
