The mission of the Administrative Assistant Manager is to be responsible for the operations of the Catering Department. The scope of responsibilities includes the financial performance of the Food and Beverage Department (revenues, cost of goods sold and related expenses, other expenses, departmental revenues, gross operating income, and net operating income), as well as following up on the implementation of the Food and Beverage Department's products, services, and sales and marketing strategies, goals, and results.

· Maintains quality goalsby following up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Mediumreports, mystery shoppers.

· Responds effectively tointernal audit reports, investigation following guest comments

· Establish personalprocedures for promotion, nominate talent of the month, follow up on F&Bmanual induction, job chat, 90 days reviews and yearly review
制定个人的晋升计划,每月任命月度优秀人才,跟进餐饮手册培训,工作结构图,进行90天回顾和年度评估。
· Organizes outlet teams’monthly meeting.
组织餐厅各部门团队月度会议。
· Good oral and writtencommunication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· Min 10-year experiencein hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably withinternational hotel chain
至少10年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
· Hotel RestaurantManagement graduate
酒店管理专业毕业
· Associate degree orabove
全日制大专(含)以上学历
·Background in F&B service/F&B kitchen
餐饮服务/餐饮厨房工作经验
