1. Manage lobby bar operations.
负责大堂吧运作。
2. Maintain excellent level ofcustomer service.
保证对客优质服务水平。
3. Develop menus with othermembers of F&B team.
同团队成员一起制定菜单。
4. Set departmental targets andobjectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
设定部门目标，工作计划，预算和规章制度。
5. To prepare, along with hisoutlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis ofthe yearly business plan.
和各部门团队准备部门的年度营销计划，作为年度营业计划基础。
6. To fully understand the marketneeds and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) aredeveloped by the outlet management team accordingly.
充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望，确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线（菜单）的开发。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
2. 3-5 years experience in hotel operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
3-5年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
3. Associate degree or above
全日制大专（含）以上学历
4. Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
5. Ability to create a wine list and familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages
具备制定酒单的能力，熟悉各类酒水
