We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Concierge to join our Front Office team.
As a Service Associate – Concierge,we rely on you to:
Provide attentive and friendly service to guests.
Helps guests open and close car doors and transport luggage, packages, clothing, etc.
Deliver mail, messages, faxes, newspapers and other guest belongings to room.
Store guest's luggage, help guest to change rooms and deliver luggage.
The Executive Concierge Manager assigns other duties.
 
We are looking for someone who:
Good health, good appearance, neat appearance.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese,like to interact with guests.
Have a good team spirit.
 Hotel experience is preferred.
行李员工作职责如下：
为客人提供专心和友善服务;
帮助客人开和关车门以及运送行李，包裹，衣物等;
递送邮件，留言，传真，报纸和其它客人的物品去房间;
存储客人的行李，帮助客人换房以及运送行李;
执行礼宾部经理分派其它任务。
 
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
身体健康，品貌端正，仪表整洁;
中英文沟通会话能力强，喜欢与客人互动;
具有良好的团队合作精神;
有酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
