主要职责 Primary Responsibilities
1、支持市场销售总监的市场销售策略计划,按计划执行并据市场变化建议调整。
Support the market sales director's marketing sales strategy plan, implement it as scheduled, and make adjustments based on market changes.
2、监控销售奖励计划,对所负责的市场区域不断深入开拓及挖掘,达成销售指标。
Monitor the sales incentive program, continuously expand and explore the market area under one's responsibility, and achieve the sales targets.
3、按计划高效走访客户并追踪结果,挖掘潜在客户,与客户维护良好的关系,拓展新客。
Efficiently visit customers as per the plan, track the results, identify potential customers, maintain good relationships with customers, and expand new customers.
4、主要客户来访的接待工作,提供最精确最更新的信息并跟进相关需求的落实实施,以期将潜力客户转型为签约客户。
The reception work for major clients' visits, providing the most accurate and up-to-date information, and following up on the implementation of related requirements, with the aim of converting potential clients into signed clients.
5、向销售总监提交每周和每月销售计划及报告。参加由市场销售总监每周召开的市场销售会议,以检验和评估市场开拓业绩, 并向市场销售总监针对细分市场的开拓提出建议。
Submit weekly and monthly sales plans and reports to the sales director. Attend the weekly market sales meetings convened by the market sales director to review and evaluate market development performance, and provide suggestions to the market sales director regarding the development of specific markets.
6、每天参加客房销售部、市场销售部的沟通会,监控每日工作的开展,跟进情况, 并同步相关信息。
Attend communication meetings of the guest room sales department and the market sales department every day to monitor the progress of daily work, follow up on the situation, and synchronize relevant information.
7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,男女不限,酒店销售经理2年以上经验,国际联号酒店优先。
2、形象好,气质佳,掌握客房宴会的销售工作的专业知识, 具备合格的销售能力。
3、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
4、具备良好的人际交往及沟通能力,独立工作和团队工作的能力。

- 年龄要求:22-45岁
- 计算机能力:熟练
