主要职责PrimaryResponsibilities:
1、根据部门工程兼技术总监的要求,预防性保养所有的客房,公共场所和出口。在每天5个客房的基础上,在规定时间内出色完成任务。
According to Directorof Engineer & Technical’s requirements, maintain all rooms, public areasand exits preventively. Fulfill the task of five rooms every day within theprescribed time.
2、在下班前,保证填写好所有的记事本,工作记录和日志。
Make sure to fill out all notebooks, workingrecords and duty logs before leaving.
3、在规定时间内,对可能来自客人或上级的要求做出反映所有此类要求及所采取措施应一道记录在册。
Timely give responses to those requirements whichmay come from guests or supervisors. Then take this type of requirements andsolutions into records.
4、在尽量不影响客人和同事的基础上在规定时间内完成分配的保养任务,如因为种种原因不能完成,应提交给装修主管。
Not interfering customers and coworkers in a largeextend, fulfill maintenance tasks within the prescribed time.
5、不断改善产品,提出新意见,以满足客人和同事的需求。
Keep improving products and proposing newsuggestions in order to satisfy the need of customers and coworkers.
