Responsible for ensuring maximum security on all matters, protection of hotel property and safety of the person and property of hotel guests and employees. Maintains such services as watchmen, security officers, lost and found and vaults.   
有责任保证酒店所有事务的最大安全限度, 保护酒店财产, 酒店客人和员工财产的安全以及个人安全. 门卫, 保安员, 失物招领和地下室应进行诸如此类的维护工作。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
Advises management on all matters relating to security and safety.  
向管理层人员建议所有有关治安和安全方面的事务。
Supervises and directs the activities of the Security Department and the perimeter security guards.对保安部和保安员的行为进行监督和指导。
Maintains liaison with municipal, national and military law of enforcement organization.
与市政府, 国家和军队的法律执行组织保持联系。
Responsible for the effective investigation/inquiry of incidents, felonies, misdemeanors, thefts, losses, casualties, injuries etc. as they occur. Deals personally with guests and employees concerning above incidents.   
对发生的事故, 重罪, 轻罪, 偷窃, 遗失, 伤亡, 损伤等有责任进行有效的调查和询问，亲自与客人和员工处理以上的事故。
Upon request, assists the Personnel Department in the screening of job applicants and employees to determine immoral and criminal tendencies, or subversive leanings or activities.
根据需要, 协助人事部对应聘者和员工进行过滤, 以查明不道德和犯罪趋势, 或是破坏的事件和活动。
Assists the Retained Counsel in the prosecution of criminal cases against, bad cherub, passers, etc.  
协助诉讼律师在犯罪的诉讼案件中不良少年, 当事人辩护。
Maintains file and records of wanted persons, confidence tricksters, unwanted and troublesome guests, pimps, prostitutes and call girls and others who may cause trouble or embarrassment to the establishment.   
保留会被想到的客人,隐藏的骗子,令人烦恼和不受欢迎的客人,卖淫嫖倡,以及其他会制造麻烦或尴尬局面的女孩的档案和记录。
Advises management of any irregularity in employee or guest behavior or theft. Confers with management on unusual security measures or events.  
对任何在员工管理方面的混乱或客人行为或在偷窃事件方面保安的不正常衡量做出建议。
May recommend changes in hotel operating procedures and equipment to reflect better security or protective methods.   
可以向酒店推荐对酒店操作程序的改变和保安部更好的设备或是保护方法。
Responsible for the administration of the Security Department and its personnel. Makes recommendation for the hiring and firing thereof.   
对保安部以及部门的全体员工有管理责任. 因此可以雇佣和解雇员工。
Attends daily operations meetings at the office of the.   
参加办公室召开的日常操作会议。
Heads the Safety Committee of the hotel and assists in the accident prevention program in close co-ordination with the Personnel Department.   
领导酒店安全委员会, 并协助人事部进行事故预防的培训。
Keeps close watch on department payroll control.   
时常注意部门的工资分发人员。
Performs special duties or functions or such other duties as may be required by higher management from time to time.   
时刻履行高层领导需要具备的特殊职责或功能, 或其他的一些责任。
Periodically reviews the incidence of thefts in the hotel and other activities that might be detrimental to the reputation of the hotel.         
定期检查酒店偷窃行为的影响以及其他对酒店声誉可能会有影响的活动。
Maintains strict vigilance over the security and ensures periodic fire drills etc. with a view of safeguarding the guest and hotel property.      
对酒店治安, 有关对客人的保护措施和酒店财产保持高度警惕, 并进行定期的火灾演习等。
Complete hotel procurement and other related work of opening preparation.
完成酒店开业采购工作及其它开业筹建相关工作。
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。

Qualifications 
学历
Preferably college graduate or equivalent in experience
专科毕业以上或同等经验
Experience

8 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
8年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
