· 遵守酒店、保安部各项规章制度
· Stay on post, take responsibility
· 坚守岗位，尽职尽责，不擅离职守
· Be familiar with the control center equipments, mastery on operation
· 熟悉控制室各种设备的运行及其功能，掌握正确的操作方法
· Report to engineering department immediately if there is any problem with the equipments
· 设备出现各种故障立即通知工程部修理
· Fill and keep all the duty logs and video records. Take response on emergency report and feedback
· 做好定点录像、记录工作，对个岗位的报告要及时监控、反馈
· Fill the duty log and registration form properly
· 做好各种值勤表格登记和值班日志记录
· Mastery on operating all the control system. If there is any alarm, check the location immediately and inform the related security guard
· 熟练操作各种监控系统，当报警点报警时，要迅速查出所对应的具体区域，并通知离报警点最近的保安员工
· Response for checking and change walkie-talkie battery. If there is any battery damage due to work careless, the related person will be charged
· 负责对讲机电池充电和换发检查工作。如不按程序检查,收回了破损电池或充电不当导致电池损坏，承担赔偿责任
· Follow hotel grooming standard. Do not do any unrelated things during working hours
· 值班期间，注意仪容仪表，严禁做与工作无关的事情
· Achieve all the temporary duty
· 完成保安部及上级交办的临时任务
· If there is fire alarm, follow hotel emergency procedure. Treat every alarm as a real one
· 如果有火警，立即按酒店紧急方案处置。不论是否误报，都要当作真实火警对待
· Follow the operation manual
· 严禁不按程序启动设备，杜绝误操作
· Report any problem of the equipments in time. Such as fire door, alarm and so on
· 各种设施，如：防火门、报警器等，只要有反应，不论是否误报，都准确清楚地报出
· 24 hours recording, if there is any unusual situation, report to the manager and take action
· 进行24小时录像。发现异常情况，或根据上级指示立即定点录像
· Focus on the control system, act on any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television
· 值班时必须保持精神高度集中，随时观察屏幕，对各种设备出现的各种状态及运行显示做出灵敏、准确的相关反应
· Pay attention on VIP guests, inform the related security guard in time if there is any unusual situation
· 密切观察监控宾客的动态，发现情况及时通知有关部位的保安人员
· Keep the control center environment. It is not allowed to enter the control center without security manager’s permission, except General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, Hotel committee Members, security manager and Assistant security manager
· 维持监控中心环境。除总经理、副总经理、行政经理、酒店行政会议成员、保安部经理、副经理，其他人员未经保安部经理同意，不得进入监控中心
