岗位职责
1、确保公司的政策和程序,并服从品牌标准。
Ensure the company's policies and procedures and compliance with brand standards.
2、了解食品和饮料菜单内容,并能够详细地解释给客人,理解餐饮需求并提供适当的建议。
Understand food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests, understand food and beverage requirements and provide appropriate suggestions.
3、确保餐厅区域每餐段按标准设定,包括摆台、设置自助餐、所有设备准备完毕。
Ensure that each meal section in the restaurant area is set according to the standard, including table setting, buffet setting, and all equipment is ready.
4、及时清理桌面垃圾
Clean up desktop garbage in a timely manner.
5、给不同区域及时补充清洁项目。
Supplement cleaning projects for different areas in time.
6、在适当的地方摆放及更换布草。
Place and replace the linen in the appropriate place.
7、完成上级督导分配的工作。
Complete the work assigned by the supervisor.
8、彻底了解服务流。
Understand the service flow thoroughly.
9、必要的团队合作。
Necessary teamwork.
10、确保知道每日特价菜项目,估清项目(缺货的物品)在用餐时间开始前,所有饮料确保可用。
Make sure you know the daily specials, evaluate the items (items out of stock) and make sure all drinks are available before the meal time.
11、熟知座位号码、酒店政策对着装要求,包间的情况等。
Be familiar with seat number, dress code of hotel policy, conditions of private rooms, etc.
12、配合团队工作,能够服从及完成上级临时安排的其他工作。
Work with the team, obey and complete other tasks temporarily arranged by the superior.
