确保健身中心设备根据酒店标准顺利运营并盈利。
Ensure the fitness center and facilities operates successfully and is individually profitable in accordance with the standard of the hotel.

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

To review and improve as necessary the operational procedures for the entire Spa & Fitness Center and Hotel Fitness facilities and services of the spa.

Ensures commercial management techniques of availability control are applied to achieve the maximization of treatments and retail sales and Fitness Center.
