Specific Duties具体职责
1.Operational 运营
a.To reach daily sales activity goal effectively.
达到每天设定的销售目标
b. Ensure to achieve revenue goals as set.
确保达到设定的收益目标
2.Trainingand Development 培训和发展
a. Energize all Marriott standards and ensure departmentimplementation.
遵守并履行万豪集团行业标准
b. Coordinate special projects as and when assigned
完成分派的特殊工作
c. Participate in any necessary training arranged by hotel.
参加酒店安排的培训
d. Conducting business according to the Marriott set guideline.
根据万豪酒店的行业指南工作
3.Marketing市场
a. To identifymarket needs and trends in the different Catering / Event Markets. (Corporate,Social, Government, and Outside Catering, etc.)
在不同市场条件(公司、社会团体、政府、外卖,等),会识别市场需求
b.Monitor and analyze selected competitors’ sales promotions,activities and tactics.
关注合作公司的销售、营销策略活动
4.Coordinationwith other departments协同合作
a. To assist Director of Sales with the day to day liaison with otherdepartments
协助销售总监与其他部门沟通
b.Make certain that all associates are conducting business accordingto the Marriott guidelines and local law.
确保所有员工按照万豪集团方针和本地法律经营
c.To maintain an efficient filing system for Event Sales Departmentfollowing hotel and company guidelines.
