Responsible for the
daily administrative work of the department.

1)
Assist in compiling
and updating the press release distribution list.

Handling the
distribution of press release.

3.
Hotel promotions
酒店推广
1)
Participate in
coordination of all hotel promotions
参与酒店推广活动协调工作。
2)
Assist in
coordinating with F&B on obtaining the details of all F&B promotions.
协助与餐饮部的沟通以获得有关餐饮推广的详细信息资料。
3)
Assist in managing
the hotel promotional database and updating the database.
协助管理酒店推广活动的资料,并及时更新。
4.
Brochures and
Promotional Materials
宣传册、促销印刷品
1)
Coordinate the
design and production of all hotel promotional materials
协调酒店所有促销印刷品的设计、印刷和制作。
2)
Handling of any
photo shooting for promotional purposes
处理所有宣传、推广的照片拍摄工作。
3)
To make certain
that all display of the hotel promotional materials are placed properly and are
according to the corporate guidelines.
确保酒店内部陈列的有关酒店宣传促销印刷品都完全符合万豪的标准和要求。
4)
In charge of the
distribution of all promotional materials and constantly review the current
distribution channels and come up with new ideas for enhancement.
管理酒店宣传促销印刷品的派发以及不断的更新现在的发送渠道,并提出新的想法,增加发送渠道。
5.
Budget Control
控制预算
1)
Responsible for the
tracking of all expenses incurred for all design and production of promotional
materials and advertising.
负责跟进酒店宣传促销印刷品的设计、印刷和广告等费用。
2)
Monthly update of
the actual expenses for record purposes.
每月更新实际费用明细表。
6.
Fully utilize all
Marriott Resources
充分运用万豪资源
1)
Closely work with
sister properties in creating cluster promotions and awareness.
与姐妹酒店紧密合作,创造区域性的合作和推广。
2)
Maintain close
communication with related departments in Region Office and Headquarter on all
hotel promotions and events.
维持与万豪国际总部以及区域办事处相关部门的紧密沟通,分享酒店最近促销推广和活动信息。
7.
Prepare periodic
reports
准备定期报告
Participate in the preparation of monthly
report and other reports according to business needs.
参与月度报告的准备工作,以及其他相关的工作报告。
8.
Office Etiquette
& Business Ethics
办公室礼仪和工作规范
1)
Properly dressed in
uniforms with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.
按照酒店规定身着酒店制服,梳妆。
2)
Conducting business
according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.
按照万豪标准和当地的政策法规进行工作。
3)
Compliance to the
standards set up for the PR operation including telephone handling,
punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
严格按照标准设立市场公关部日常工作。包括电话接听,准时上下班,酒店各项规章制度以及LSOP等。
