安全主管/领班 Security Supervisor/Captain

Position Summary职位概述
1.Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.
指导监督各班的运作，确定保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。
2.Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.
全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。
3.Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.
熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。
4.Convey and carry out department work arrangements and training plan.
传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。
5.Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient.
对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。
6.Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
7.Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
8.Abide by the Hotels Policies and Procedures, Hilton Code of Conduct and the hotel’s Team Member Handbook.
遵守酒店工作政策及程序，遵守希尔顿运营规则及员工手册中的条款。
