1.Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system of the division.

2. Ensure that all coming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and then properly put on trace or file.

3.Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by S & M team member or other Departments with relations to Sales.

5.Administer and coordinators any other Sales activities.
