礼宾员 Service Associate - Concierge

As a Service Associate-Concierge, we rely on you to:
作为酒店礼宾员，需承担以下主要工作职责：
Ensure sales awareness and be good at seizing opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.Make sure your luggage is sent to your room quickly.Ensure that all guest messages, emails, faxes, packages are quickly forwarded or delivered to guests.Ensure that guests' inquiries are answered promptly, professionally and appropriately at all times.Ensure feedback to the Deputy Manager on comments and suggestions from guests and other departments.Provide accurate, timely and reliable information and guidance to guests and staff who come to the concierge for help. Assist in ensuring that the driveway in front of the hotel is clear of traffic.Assist guests in booking restaurants and Tours upon request.确保具有销售意识，善于把握时机实现酒店收入最大化。确保行李被快速送到房间。确保所有客人留言、邮件、传真、包裹被快速接转或送达客人。确保始终及时、专业、恰当的回答客人的问询。确保向副理反馈来自客人和其他部门的意见和建议。向来礼宾部寻求帮助的客人、员工提供准确、及时、可靠的信息和指南。协助确保酒店门前的车道交通畅通。根据客人要求协助预定餐厅以及旅游。
We are looking someone who:

Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese, good organization and coordination skills in basic spoken English, able to stick to the end to complete the work.At least 1 year related working experience in hotel.Knowledge of tourism/hospitality industry is preferred.良好的中文书写和口头表达能力，基础英语口语良好的组织和协调技巧，能够坚持到底完成工作。至少一年酒店或大公司相关工作经验。具有旅游/酒店行业知识优先。
