As a Service Leader - Learning & Development, we rely on you to:
作为酒店学习与发展主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1. Assist in making annual training plan and monthly training plan of the hotel.
2. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of annual and monthly training plans of the hotel.
3. Timely feedback to superiors on the results of hotel training implementation.
4. Communicate with relevant departments and personnel to obtain assistance required for training.
5. Review various training materials; Responsible for staff assessment.
6. Go deep into the department, understand the training needs of the department, and put forward feasible teaching suggestions.
7. Assist the manager to hire various project training personnel, do a good job in the organization of various training courses.
8. Carry out hotel general basic training.
1、协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
2、负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。
3、按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4、与相关部门及人员进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助。
5、审核各种培训教材;负责员工考核工作。
6、深入部门,了解部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议。
7、协助经理聘请各项目培训人员,做好各种培训班的组织工作。
8、开展酒店通用基础培训。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1. College degree or above, more than two years of hotel training experience.
2. Familiar with job training procedures.
3. Understand the requirements of service work specifications and quality standards of hotel staff.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Have strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression ability.
6. Master the methods of audio-visual education and be skilled in computer operation.
7. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
1、大专以上学历,有酒店培训工作经验两年以上。
2、熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
3、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
5、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
6、掌握电化教育的方法,能熟练操作计算机。
7、优秀的英文听说读写能力。
